CredBlu Credit Builder As A Service (CaaS) Agreement

Effective Date: May 4, 2026 — Version 1.0

This Credit Builder As A Service (CaaS) Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between CredBlu LLC ("CredBlu," "we," "us," or "our") and the individual identified during enrollment ("Client," "you," or "your"). By enrolling in any CredBlu plan, you agree to the terms below. Effective Date: May 4, 2026. Version 1.0.

1. Definitions

"Credit Builder Account" means the installment account established in your name and reported to one or more nationwide consumer reporting agencies. "Activation Payment" means the initial payment required to activate your account. "Term" means the duration of the installment account as selected at enrollment. "Plan" means the specific CredBlu product tier you select.

2. Services Provided

CredBlu provides a credit-builder installment account designed to help establish or strengthen your credit profile through on-time installment reporting. CredBlu is not a credit repair organization, does not promise specific credit score outcomes, and does not remove items from your credit report. Reporting is performed to one or more nationwide consumer reporting agencies subject to their acceptance and processing timelines.

3. Plan Options & Pricing

CredBlu currently offers the following standard plans: (a) Starter — $1,500 account value, 12-month term, $99 activation; (b) Builder — $3,500 account value, 18-month term, $149 activation; (c) Accelerator — $7,500 account value, 24-month term, $199 activation. Monthly installment amounts are calculated based on the account value and selected term and disclosed at enrollment. CredBlu also offers custom credit builder accounts with account values up to $95,000, available by request. Custom plans may include different account values, term lengths, activation payments, and multi-account packages. Contact [email protected] for details.

4. Enrollment Process

To enroll, you must (a) complete the online onboarding form, (b) provide accurate personal information including legal name, address, date of birth, and last four of SSN, (c) upload a valid government-issued photo ID, (d) electronically sign all required agreements, and (e) submit your activation payment. Enrollment is not complete and reporting will not begin until all of the above are received and verified.

5. Authorization to Report

You authorize CredBlu and its furnishing partners to report your account activity (including installment balance, payment history, and account status) to nationwide consumer reporting agencies. You acknowledge that on-time payments may have a positive impact and missed or late payments will be reported and may have a negative impact on your credit profile.

6. Payment Terms

Monthly installment payments are due on the same calendar day each month based on your enrollment date. Payments are processed via the payment method on file (Stripe ACH or card, or approved alternative such as Zelle for select plans). A late fee of up to $15 may be assessed for payments more than 10 days past due. Returned/declined payments may incur a $25 fee. You are responsible for keeping your payment method current.

7. Activation Window

Once your activation payment is received and your identity is verified, CredBlu will activate your account and begin reporting within 7-14 business days. Initial appearance on your credit report depends on the bureaus' processing cycle and is typically visible within 30-45 days of activation.

8. No Guaranteed Outcomes

CredBlu makes no representation or warranty regarding any specific credit score increase, loan approval, or credit-related outcome. Credit scoring models consider many factors outside CredBlu's control. Past performance of other clients is not a guarantee of your individual results.

9. Data Privacy & Security

CredBlu collects and processes your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law including the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA). We use commercially reasonable physical, technical, and administrative safeguards. Sensitive identifiers (SSN, ID documents) are encrypted at rest and in transit. We do not sell your personal information.

10. Cancellation & Account Closure

You may cancel future installments at any time by contacting [email protected]. Activation payments and installments already made are non-refundable except as required by law. Upon cancellation, your account will be closed and final status reported to the bureaus. Early closure may shorten the positive payment history reported and could affect the credit-building benefit.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CredBlu's total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to CredBlu in the 12 months preceding the claim. CredBlu shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

12. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action. Either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property or confidentiality matters.

13. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the CredBlu Terms & Conditions and Additional Notices acknowledged at enrollment, constitutes the entire agreement between you and CredBlu and supersedes any prior agreements or representations. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
